🧵 Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all items purchased from Bandace.com and delivered within the United States. Return eligibility may vary for international orders.
🚫 No Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items
To keep things simple and stress-free:
- You do not need to return damaged or incorrect items.
- Simply send us 1–2 clear photos (preferably taken in daylight) to support@bandace.com.
- We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement if available.
⚠️ Note: Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
📦 No-Reason Returns
If you change your mind:
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted. You’ll receive 80% of the order value once the return is received.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Do not return items to the address on the package. Please email us for the correct return address.
- For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
