  • No returns are required.
  • Send photo evidence to support@bandace.com.
  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement if available.

💸 Refunds After Returns

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it within 2–4 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging

🔁 Exchanges

You may request an exchange for defective or incorrect items.
If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll provide a full refund instead.
